Expert Examination of Industrial Safety
The EMC is included into the List of Organizations entitled for expert examination and issue of conclusions for conformity of new domestic and purchased and imported equipment with the requirements of the safety rules and norms of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Kinds of expert examination:
- expert examination of declarations;
- expert examination of readiness of enterprises for licensed kinds of activity;
- expert examination of equipment and mechanisms of foreign and domestic origin;
- expert examination of project documentation;
- expert examination of technical devices;
- expert examination of normative and other documents related to operation of dangerous production objects.

Development of Declarations of Safety for Dangerous Industrial Objects
Development of the Declaration of Safety of Dangerous Industrial Objects (hereinafter referred to as "the Declaration") includes the following:
- development of the Declaration itself with the use of recognized in the world Quantitative Risk Assessment Methods, based upon the risk tolerability criteria "ALARP", and the use of the Computer Program on Accident Impact Analysis (PHAST Professional);
- translation of the Declaration into the State Language;
- expert examination of Declarations by an independent expert organization;
- agreement and registration of the Declaration with the Ministry of Emergencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Certification of Production for Conformity with GOST of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Certification of engineering production and equipment for oil, gas and minerals industry.
Training and Preparation for Attestation
- Pre-attestation and pre-examination Training and Testing knowledge of normative documents of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Industrial Safety and Occupational Safety of specialists, top managers, engineering and technical personnel of mining and oil and gas branches;
Analysis, Assessment, and Computation of Risks
- identification of dangers and their sources;
- study of the conditions of danger realization, i.e. determination of cause-effect relations leading to emergency situations (emergency scenarios);
- analysis of consequences with calculation of possible number of victims and material damage from accidents;
- probabilistic assessment of accident, individual, group, and ecologic risk, drawing up regional maps of man-caused risk;
- elaboration of recommendations on risk management based upon comparison of risk assessment with safety criteria;
- drawing up plans of accident control.
Licensing in the Sphere of Industry
Rendering of consulting and juridical services on preparation of documents and obtaining licenses regarding kinds of activity in industrial area.
Occupational Safety
- development of the System of Occupational Safety Management (SOSM);
Additional Services
- consultations in issues of safety of objects, including on design, exploitation documentation and planning arrangements on technical safety of objects;
